We welcome Private bookings (for birthday parties, etc), and community bookings (to host a recurring class, etc). For details of dates and available times, use the Calendar above to find a slot that works for you, then simply select 'New Booking', to follow the instructions.
To cancel, email booking@ggva.co.uk a minimum of seven days before your event, giving us time to accept another booking. Tell us the date and time your event is booked for and your bank details so we can reimburse you.
Online bookings made through Hall Booking Online can be deleted. Please contact us via the above email to cancel regular events or 'one off' hires.
No. Full payments for bookings are taken as part of the booking confirmation process.
