GGVA MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES - UNDER UPDATE

GGVA will appoint a designated person to oversee this booking process and undertake the following:

  • Review booking correspondence, applications and determine booking referrals.
  • Update the applicant where GGVA referrals are approved or rejected, implementing variations where necessary.
  • If refused, notify Garden Village News and ensure the provisional booking is deleted from the diary and arrangements agreed for return of fees.
  • If accepted, notify Garden Village News to ensure a Hall Induction Pack including keys, is made available for the applicant to collect.

The designated person’s decision is final.

Any representations may be made in writing to the GGVA Management Committee for consideration.
